Storm clouds shroud the seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, on England's northeast coastline. The cliffs provide a dramatic backdrop, to a wild, wet and windy scene. Seats are abandoned and left to the elements, as a few brave anglers continue their quest to catch that elusive fish at the end of the pier, that has had its share of battles with the North Sea.
