By John Beddow: We love Redcar particularly since the esplanade improvements.The beacon despite the irresponsible negative press is a landmark that commands the development and does what it's name suggests - lights up the town! We think it is fun and like the Eiffel tower will command attention long after the 'nigglers'are dead and buried!Now for the Regents conversion into a vibrant community theatre and restaurant! Your wonderful photographs help restore the towns image as a place to visit.
