Petrified - Redcar

Once every now and again the sea gets mad, gets angry. It wants it's sand back, and with that, sometimes it gets so angry that it snatches it right off the beach to give us a glimpse of life around 6,000 years ago. A petrified forest lays quietly hidden beneath, once the sounds of animals and birds would have been heard, now the sound of the sea echoes around this forest off of Redcar town.
