The rugged fisherman's outpost of South Gare, on Yorkshire's north east coast near Redcar, South Gare, offers a safe harbour in stormy weather. The small Harbour is known as 'Paddy's Hole' named after the Irish workers that built it and it's fisherman's green huts are a local landmark.
